How do I book?
Choose Saona or buggy and complete your request with your date, party size and accommodation. WhatsApp will open with a summary for you to send to the team. We’ll confirm availability, price and inclusions before booking.
Is hotel pickup included?
Pickup and any additional cost depend on your accommodation and chosen proposal. Tell us where you’re staying so we can confirm coverage and the meeting point before booking.
Where can I see the final price?
The team will send a written proposal based on your date, party size and selected arrangements. Review the total, currency and inclusions before confirming or paying.
Can I do Saona and buggy on the same day?
These are two separate excursions. If you’d like to do both, tell us how many days you have available and we’ll help you plan your outings.
Can children join?
Share the children’s ages before booking. We’ll confirm participation requirements for each activity and the rules for buggy drivers and passengers.
What happens if the weather changes?
Activities depend on sea and trail conditions and the team’s guidance. Review the applicable change, cancellation and rescheduling conditions before confirming.
